Shishir Rao

Shishir Rao is an engineer-turned-ecologist. He studies tropical river ecology in the Western Ghats with a focus on understanding the impacts of flow alteration on river biodiversity. He co-organises Café Oikos, a science communication initiative in Bengaluru, and posts as @Raorchestes on Instagram.
