Rigzen Dorjay

Dorjay is from a small village in Ladakh called Saspochey. After finishing his 12th standard education, he joined Nature Conservation Foundation (NCF) as a six-month volunteer where his job was to help PhD students in their fieldwork. This is when he got the wonderful opportunity to know about wildlife conservation and hasn't looked back since. For over 5 years now, Dorjay has been a key member in conducting field surveys and has played an important role in community engagement across Ladakh. He posts as @dorjayncf on Instagram.
