Avijan Saha
Avijan Saha hails from the town of Siliguri in West Bengal. In 2010, he gave up his job in the media sector and committed himself to a career in wildlife and conservation photography. He works with an NGO called Aaranyak where his work is focused on human-wildlife conflict, particularly human-elephant conflict, that is prevalent in the region. He has published a book, 'Identification of Solitary Elephants', which he has distributed to local villagers, tea garden authorities and forest officials to help spread awareness and educate the communities on the ground. He posts as @avijansaha on Instagram.
